- Acknowledge that additional work may be recommended after inspection, and that such work will require separate authorization before proceeding
- Agree that Offshore Marine & Outdoors is not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues discovered during service that are unrelated to the requested work
Work order submissions are requests only. Service scheduling is confirmed separately by our team.
4. Payment and Pricing
Pricing estimates provided through the website or by our team are estimates only and may change based on the actual scope of work required. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Offshore Marine & Outdoors reserves the right to hold equipment until payment is received.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Offshore Marine & Outdoors provides standard-rate SMS (Short Messaging Service) programs which provide various types of information to our customers. Subscribers in our programs have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from Offshore Marine & Outdoors, while understanding that consent is not a condition of service. Your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Offshore Marine & Outdoors will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
